Graboyes Commercial Window and Glass Solutions recently completed the architectural glazing package for Penntex Construction (architect DIGSAU) and facility owner Gattuso Development Partners (for tenant Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc.), at 300 Rouse Blvd. in Philadelphia’s Navy Yard. For construction of this new 136,000-square-foot facility (a candidate for LEED Gold certification) Graboyes provided design-assist, fabrication, and installation of YKK window wall and curtain wall, custom flashing for wood rain screen, custom vertical fins by Leed Himmel (Graboyes’ design), thermal doors, automatic door operators, interior glass mirrors, and custom hardware.
